Default Clicking noise when coasting

Hi! I have a 2011 Ram 1500 sport with the 5.7 hemi. A couple days ago I had my windows down and noticed a clicking noise that sounded like it was coming from the back driver side tire. I checked all tires to see if anything was stuck in them and there was nothing. The noise sounds like a card in a bicycle spoke. It happens when I’m coasting around 10-20 MPH but if I’m on the gas or break it doesn’t make the noise. Anyone have any idea what it could be ?

@master tech yes it does but the brake pads aren’t that old.

I would pull off the wheel and check the brake pads along with the pins on caliber. You should have metal shims or clips holding the pads in place. How long after did you have this problem with sound when the pads were replace?
