Default Help with security.?

Breakout PIN procedure and other questions regarding 2012 6.7 cummins mega cab. Is there an actual procedure for entering the PIN code for to reset the security it's in a hardmode I believe because I replaced one module ignition itself in the transmission and the tip of my had gotten I had to resolder myself fixed all the problems except for now my bus doesn't communicate on the one side that test the wires and both sides have a positive feed so I have a short or is that how the security arms itself I'm wondering because it's only like 0.05 milliamps on the side that supposed to be ground in the size was your positive is correct. The truck ran fine in the computer work fine before this and there's been no large swords or anything to cause major damage to the computer so I believe it is still fine the tipm should be fine and may need to resolder it just looking for help trucks been sitting here for almost 2 years and aneurysm don't remember buying the truck and it's also Canadian but I switched it to American Market sorry for the lengthy text and appreciate any knowledge or how to forward my progress

The way I'm understanding, You need to reset the ignition module pin codes? And now it doesn't start, because you are locked out? Yes will need a scanner to reset the module with the correct pin code. I would recommend to take it to the dealer.
