Default 2012 Ram 1500 traction, abs and srvc 4 whl drive

So I was hearing a noise when taking off from a stop sounded like a chatter or scraping sound somewhere front drivetrain and could feel it in steering wheel. Also truck would hesitate like it didn't want to go but then it would quit truck was fine til I stopped again same thing but it was random. Sometimes it wouldn't do it for a couple days. Then one day I had the traction, service 4 wheel drive and abs lights all on at the same time. They stayed on maybe 15 minutes and couldn't set the cc either but once the lights went out everything was fine. My question is will there be a code stored in the computer from this event I have a small FIXD Bluetooth scanner and it isn't showing any codes or abs codes. Also randomly when I go to shift out of park the shifter is stuck in park and takes some wiggling or waiting or both to get it out of park but it's just every once in a while. It's a Hemi shifter on the column 4x4 and has just over 100,000 Miles.

Sounds like more than one problem. Possibly a wheel speed sensor going out, and also maybe a failing brake switch?
