Block the front tires, so the truck can't roll. Jack up the rear, so both tires are off the ground. Put the trans in neutral. Could how many times you need to turn the driveshaft, to get one revolution of the tires. (pay attention to make sure BOTH tires are turning.... otherwise, you get an inaccurate number.
