Exclamation Code and issues need help!!!

Hello, I have a 2009 Dodge Laramie, 2500 4x4, 6.7 Cummins Deisel. Now here is my issue. About a month or so ago my light came on for my throttle possession sensor. And mine you I have had this flash a few time before and it just went out over the years. So, this time I figured its just time to change it its probably time. So I did and 2 weeks later the light comes on again but this time she is acting weird like its struggling to go. and it flashing the codes P06A4 and P2127 So I look these codes up and it says that m power train control dual id low voltage or something. So I take it to dodge and they change the kettle again. Mind you they can't get the codes to go away and the engine light is still on. So I leave the shop only for it to start hesitating again. They tell me they can't fix it because my truck is deleted and the tuner needs to be updated because it is not recognizing to new part number? Weird! So I take it home put the old peddle back on and it chugs only sometime but I can let my food off the peddle and it will go again. My friend clears the code with a lab top and it has not done anything, it drove normal for a week then last night it come on again and starts all over again. What the heck is going on? I can't figure out what is wrong nor can the dealership. Some one please shed some light for me please!

P06A4 Low ref voltage on sensor D
P2127 Throttle/Pedal position sensor circuit low.

Do you have a scanner that can read live data?? No idea what Sensor D is. Somewhere in the powertrain at any rate....
