Default What’s this part?

It’s from the air suspension system of a 17 Rebel. Not sure what it’s called.

This likely isn't of much help, but it probably has "manifold" somewhere in the name.

The fittings look like quick disconnect fittings. Had you not said it was from the air suspension, I'd say it was from the HVAC system. It may be for air bags on the rear axle.

It’s from the air suspension of a 17 Ram Rebel that I just bought. Front left corner was drooping and they replaced that. It does have quick connect shoulders with valve stems and the inside of the quick connect housing is also threaded. Just wondering what the proper name for that part is. Buying process didn’t go well and salesman didn’t know anything.

I did the same as Ol' Grouch initially. The first thing that popped into my head was that it looked like a plastic version of the bottom of my HVAC manifold gauge set.

Are you pretty certain that the air suspension was factory installed? My 2014 Ram with factory air suspension uses a different type of pneumatic fitting in all the locations I've seen.

Based on this site and others like it, I'm pretty comfortable saying that's not part of a factory-installed air suspension kit for a 2017 Ram.

That’s why I’m trying to determine exactly what this part is. I smell a rat. At the beginning the salesman told me the air suspension needed a repair and it would be done. A couple days later he said it was a bad gasket, it had been replaced and it was fixed. A few days later he text me a picture of that part and said “I have also attached the part that was causing your truck to lean”. I want to have this down pat before I confront him on it. Can anyone find this part under the HVAC system.
Thanks for all your help guys.

I’m wondering if it’s the air inlet valve, manifold also called reservoir manifold. It looks similar but not the same. If it’s been replaced before it could be an aftermarket one and isn’t exactly the same.

Honestly, that doesn't really even look like an OEM part to a vehicle, period. At least on the side shown there are no markings for a part number, lot code, or manufacturer. Maybe ask the salesperson to send you a photo of the other side.

On a separate note though, does the truck seem fixed?

There is no Chrysler part number on it. Just a number that relates to the plastic polymer or something like that. I have the part.
The truck does seem fixed.
