Hi I have a 2013 ram 1500 slt with a uconnect touch screen radio that works fine my issue is the physical buttons to control the radio and climate do not work I can control it through the radio but the buttons don’t my 4 wheel drive **** is right next to them and that also will not work my truck also has an outlet where u can plug stuff in next to the controls and that works, I’ve check the wire connections behind them to see if they where loose they weren’t, when it first started they went out but came back after restarting the truck now for about 2 months they been out. The radio and heat controls don’t bug me cause I can still use the radio not being able to shift into 4 wheel drive tho is an issue. I have not been able to find anything on this issue and hope someone knows what causing it

I think the default skin has a white background, lite colored text doesn't show up. If I highlight it though, I can read it.

As for your problem.... No idea.

 

Yea it weird cause the button for my hazard lights work but the then the screen off button and back right next to that don’t and they are on the same panel with only one plug to it

 

It's entirely possible that the various buttons/switches merely suggest to some module what you want, and the module takes care of the rest, or not.... Need to look at a wiring diagram, see what the various systems have in common. If it's some module or other, its likely your problem.
