Default 2011 Ram 4.7 4WD becoming sluggish

I began noticing my dad’s 2011 Ram 4.7 was beginning to feel a bit sluggish and gutless at around 190K miles. It’s sitting around 220K and it’s still feeling pretty gutless. He does keep having a check engine light for a catalytic converter, EVAP, or something that has plagued him since about 200K miles, but the engine light and code goes away.

He has kept up with maintenance religiously and changes all fluids when they should be changed.

Any advice? It does have a Mopar Lifetime Warranty on the powertrain.

Might the cat is partially clogged, at that mileage, it really wouldn't surprise me. Vacuum leak in the EVAP system won't help performance either.
