Default 4.7 Connecting Rod Bolt Suitable Sub or Re-use?

First time rebuilding an engine and here's my dilemma: the connecting rod bolt (6508811AA) for my 4.7 (2010 Ram 1500) is discontinued, and finding spare stock out in the wild is proving difficult. According to the manual, these must not be re-used as they are torque-to-yield. My full rebuild is under a time crunch, and I'm looking for a bit of a sanity check here. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can find these or a suitable substitute? (No luck at Rock Auto, Summit, ARP, or Jegs) OR...can anyone put my mind at ease about re-using the existing ones? Maybe with some sort of measurement or other go/no-go check? (this is the closed-hole style, so a stretch gauge can't be used.)

My truck is completely stock, does not do a crazy amount of towing, and is (was) my daily driver. With all the money, time, and effort I've put into prepping this rebuild, I'm really hoping for a miracle here. Aside from replacing connecting rods (which will put me more over budget than I already am), what else can I do? Please help!

They are still available aftermarket. Check places like jegs, summit, lmc truck... heck, even Amazon has 'em listed.
