Hi, The last 2 weeks Ive had some issues with the Fob talking to the truck. sometimes it works sometimes not. When it doersnt I have to use the key to enter and the fob to the engine start button to turn the truck on. Today however everything is dead. Nothing is working, no pwer anywhere to the truck.
Ive also had issues with the retractable steps for the last month with obstructions preventing the steps from coming out or going up. As of a few days ago the drivers side is stuck down and the other is stuck up. I dont know if this is related at all but worth mentioning. Other than that everything seemed to be working fine.
2019 Ram 1500 4x4 Limited. Gas. about 84000 kilometers on it. 5.7 hemi

Im calling the dealership tomorrow morning but want to make sure they dont fleece me with repairs that are not needed.

 

Is the battery dead??

Wonder if one of the steps REALLY wanted to be in a different position, so the motor kept running, and ran battery dead.
