Default Multiple misfire after new cam and lifters

I have a 2011 ram 1500 outdoorsman. Replaced the camshaft and lifters, also spark plugs and swapped around coil packs. Replaced the cylinder1 injector as well . Still have a misfire code p0301. When I reset the codes, the truck will still misfire, even after disabling cylinders 1,4,6,7 for the eco mode. Still will only get a misfire code for cylinder 1, which should be disabled in eco. Also, sometimes it runs perfect. My thoughts now is ecm. Before dropping the $, thought I would reach out to you all.

Check the connectors for the coil, and injector on number 1. Sometimes, the contacts will spread, and they won't make a good connection.
