For over a year the ABS brake module has been under engineering review. Our 2013 RAM was marked as being off road! Over a year later and they continue to push the date. The multiple orders that were placed were all back ordered and all were cancelled by MOPAR according to the dealer. I’ve contacted the Dodge complaint line and did receive numerous communications. I was advised they could get me the part although I explained repeatedly there were no original or after market parts in the US nor Canada. They insisted they contacted the dealer and I only needed to call and/or prepay for the part. So again I contacted the dealer to which they advised there was no change in the part status. Is there any Dodge mechanic that can tell me as to why the brake module of the 2024/2025 will not work because they are obviously producing new trucks yet existing customers can’t get the part. Also why is apparently Dodge the only manufacturer that has made this part proprietary by which I mean you can’t buy a used part whereas you can with GMC or Ford for example? This was my 3rd Dodge RAM truck purchase in a row and the only truck I’ve ever owned. Goodbye Dodge🤬
