Alternator was replaced. New one wasn't charging. Had both original and new alternators bench tested. Original failed and new one passed. Ran positive and negative ground tests. Ground tests passed. Ran tests with engine reved to 1500. I checked for a faulty fuse. Fuse passed. I'm leaning towards a defective PCM output, but I want to verifythe cause before investing in PCM. I know the signal from PCM is modulating and I need a scope to read it. Unfortunately I have no access to a scope. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
