Default No Bus error code

Hi there, currently I am driving and working on a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi v8 radio harness. I recently bought the truck with an aftermarket radio and seen they had put in a smart harness. When I tried to wire a new harness to the smart harness it had shorted and when I put the new one in I noticed the accessory lights haven’t worked. When I place my multimeter on ground and on the aftermarket harness the blue and pink wire it is giving me a no bus error with my entire dash lighting up like a Christmas tree. I have yet to test if I have connection to the PCM by checking if I have any codes and am unsure what I should do from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated

after testing with my OBD reader I have signal coming from the PCM so I am confused on what could be causing this issue
