Exclamation Tire press

I have put over size tires on my 2015 Ram 2500. The new tires max is 65. How can I reset me pressure sensor on the dash so that it read my pressure at 65 and the light will go off?

The max pressure on the tire sidewall is not necessarily the pressure you should be running the tires at. Generally the pressure listed on the door placard would still be applicable for handling as it relates to how many pounds each square inch of the tire's contact patch supports, and other than some added tire weight, the weight of your truck didn't change. But, the shape of that contact patch may be different (wider tire, sidewall stiffness, etc.) so handling may dictate deviating somewhat from the Ram recommended pressure, but it probably won't be as high as 65 psi.

If you have an Android device and the AlfaOBD application, you should be able to adjust the tire size and I think also the TPMS desired pressure. High end scan tools should also have the capability. I don't think there's a way to adjust either through just the EVIC though.
