I'm unable to play that video back on my work computer, but with the belt off have you tried rotating the belt-driven assemblies to see if any of them feel rough or make a squeaking noise? Is the noise definitely related to the engine speed? Have you tried starting to the engine with the belt removed to see if the noise is present (and thus eliminating or confirming the issue is with a belt-driven component)?

When you say front end... do you mean Engine or the actual Front end?

I agree with SHO Rod, remove belt, crank, hood open, you might could take mechanics stethoscope or extra long screwdriver to your ear (without hitting moving parts if any), and listen around to pinpoint sound.
Otherwise Water Pump, Fan Clutch, Alternator, A/C, Power Steering, belt tensioner / pully bearing, idler pulley, just to name a few.

I removed the belt and started it and no sound. So it’s something belt driven

Hello

I once had a squeaky belt. I replaced it with a Goodyear Gatorback low noise serpentine belt and noise went away.
