Default Electrical Gremlins?

2011 2500 HD CTD. Since we don't travel pulling the RV much any more, the truck sits for long periods. Went to "air it out" the other day and the rear windows wouldn't work. Also, the rear sliding window was inoperative. The front windows and power mirror adjustments work just fine. I ordered a new drivers door master power switch assembly but that didn't solve the issue. I then noticed my lighted accessory receptacle would flash on & off randomly. When it flashed on, the rear windows would work. When the power receptacle was not powered, the rear windows wouldn't operate. Has anyone had similar issues, heard of such or have a suggested fix?

Should be able to find wiring diagrams for your truck here..... see where the accessory receptacle gets power from, and make sure it is stable.

Pay attention for an accessory relay that is common to the circuits not working properly. My guess would be you have a relay that is either not making good connection or it is failing since it sounds like there wouldn't be a single fuse common to the systems that you're having issue with.
