Exclamation Running Rich P219B Out of ideas??

2013 RAM 1500 5.7 Sport 6 speed
I've been chasing a rough idle and shutter at speed. I have the CEL and P219B. It began after I installed new exhaust manifolds and new O2 sensors. I am not sure that I have replaced with the correct sensor(s) on the passenger side (bank 2).
I found conflicting information about which O2 sensors to use. It seems to be dependent on model, transmission, 4wd vs 2wd, engine, cab and bed length. I used this information that shows 3 of the 4 as the same. The only one that is different is Bank 2 downstream.
I've pulled spark plugs on the passenger side (bank 2) but none of them are black or sooty. The exhaust on that side smells rich and blows carbon sometimes.
There are no cylinder misfires and no other codes. I have monitored the O2 voltages and they seem fine. The only thing that I believe is off is the ADAP short term.
It seems that way too much fuel is being dumped in on bank 2 but I don't know why. Any help would be appreciated. I do have a decent topdon diagnostic tool. I can get any info if needed. I would appreciate any help. I don't want to take this to my local Chrysler garage as they will just throw parts at it.

Engine vacuum leak (large)
Defective oxygen sensor/s
Burnt, chafed, broken, or disconnected wiring and/or connectors
Engine exhaust leaks
A faulty mass air flow or manifold air pressure sensor
Bad fuel pump or clogged fuel filter

This is what I found for possible causes. About the only thing I see in there that may apply, is number 2.... What brand sensors did you install? I know the older trucks just don't play nice with the Bosch sensors, but, are fine with NTK or denso sensors. (and of course, the hideously expensive sensor from the dealer....)

HeyYou,

Thanks for the reply.
I ran smoke machine in vacuum system and found no leaks. I also tried the old spraying carb cleaner while running by no change in engine rpm.
I verified all the wiring to and from the oxygen sensors. I also see everything reporting on my diagnostic tool and have no other CELs.
I put new exhaust manifolds and gaskets on. I ran smoke machine on exhaust system afterwards. I found no leaks. The exhaust is quieter than it ever has been..
the MAF and MAP seem to be reporting correctly. If they were off I would suspect both banks would be have an air fuel issue.
I have plenty of fuel pressure on both banks. I've also look at all injectors on bank 2 and see no issues.
I have NTK sensors in. What doesn't make sense is that Mopar Parts Giant, Rock Auto, Oreilly, and Advance Auto all call out for 3 of the 4 sensors to be the same. It shows both sensors on bank 1 to use the 5149171AA and bank 2 to use the 5149171AA on the front and 68090640AA on the rear. That is the combination I have on my truck now. I do have some other sensors that I originally took off and a couple that I bought that I thought might be faulty. I have no idea how to tell them apart now. I'm thinking I'll try putting 5149171AA on front of both banks and 68090640AA on both rears.
thanks for the reply

Worth a shot..... Though, I suspect the only difference in parts numbers is the length of the pigtail, and maybe the style of connector...... An O2 sensor is an O2 sensor.
