Short Runner Valve movement
2013 Express 5.7 Hemi.
Got the P1004. Removed the intake manifold. I can turn the short runner valve maybe 1/8 a turn. Is this the normal opening for the valve? Trying to determine if I need to replace the manifold, actuator or both. Video of the movement is here
