For starters, what model year is your Ram? Have you checked for voltage to the fog light bulbs and confirmed the ground to them is also good?
Do the switch and instrument cluster indicators illuminate when your switch the fog lights on?

sorry Rod 2016 crew cab, clusters are working except when I switch to 1st position, thats fog and run lights indicator , 2nd position is headlights and run lights working , but no fog lights
have no idea where the grounds are and not sure i have anything to test them with

Unless they've greatly changed the function of the switch between the 2014 and the 2016, the fog lights are activated by pushing in the headlight switch (or is it pulling out?), not just by rotating the headlight ****. Factory wiring should only enable the fog/driving lights to work when the low beams are on. I'm pretty sure they won't activate with just parking lights or when the high beams are selected.
Do you have an owner's manual so that you can confirm the proper activation and operation?

i probably inadvertently push them off when i was dusting all the green dust off the dash, never happened in the 7 years I've owned the truck.
Thank you !

Awesome, glad to hear you got it figured out and it's not an issue with the truck. Thank you for following up with what you discovered. Well, maybe not the idiot part.
