Default Oil Leak??

So, ever since I bought this truck I will sometimes get a smell like burning candles that comes in when the blower is on blowing air into the cabin. From what I have read, it's likely an oil leak onto some part of the engine that is burning up the leaked oil. I THINK I found where the oil is coming from, but I have no idea what the area is, if it's something I can fix myself...or if it's even fixable. The area is near the front passenger tire, just past the wheel well cover. I've got a video I posted a link to showing what I am seeing. It's not the best, but hopefully it's good enough to get some opinions/suggestions.

That's where the oil is ending up, not where it's coming from. I would guess a valve cover leak, and gravity does the rest. It's dripping down onto the exhaust manifold, so that's where your smell is coming from.

Ugh, swell. I've been looking at replacement parts...is it better to replace the entire valve cover, or just the gaskets?

Just the gaskets should be all you need.
