No crank no start
I recently had an exciting time tracking down a CAN bus issue on my 2018 Charger. My Charger uses STAR connector busses which actually made the troubleshooting much easier. Do you know if your 2009 uses STAR connectors? What ended up being the issue in my car was an accessory relay that sort of worked. It opened fine, but when closed it provided a high resistance path for several of the modules that it was powering and they were all browning out. The toughest thing about troubleshooting it was that the wiring diagram was wrong and didn't accurately reflect which all modules were on the same power bus. I ended up opening the distribution block and seeing that all the modules that were losing communication were powered by the same relay, then confirming that when closed that 70amp relay was only providing between 6.5V and 9.5V to the modules most of the time. The relay passed a bench test, but watching the resistance when closed, rather than just listening for the continuity beep, confirmed that it was not working as well as it should be.
So, summing up that long story, as part of your effort tracking down the communication fault, which might very well be the issue preventing the no start, make sure the PCM and other modules are getting reliable voltage. Listening/feeling for a relay to click is not always an indication that it's working properly.

**NEVERMIND** Wrong thread.
Bumping this thread to see if you have resolved your issues. My 2013 1500 is doing the exact same thing and I'm searching for this exact diagnosis.
