Alignment and Steering Wheel
I knew the truck I bought had been in an accident, as per the CarFax report I received and the place I bought it from stated their mechanics checked the frame twice and did not see any damage. I know now I should have had it checked to be sure before purchasing, but sometimes you learn in hindsight.
So the tires that the truck came with had less then 20k miles on them and were showing some wear and that the alignment needed to be done. I took it to the mechanic yesterday to have the back wheels balance, tires rotated, and to have the alignment done. Seems that the tires were down to the bead, so I had new tires put on the truck. About 4 hours later the truck was competed and I come to find out that the accident caused front end problems, whereas they had difficulty getting the caster/camber done properly due to the accident. They actually came to me and said, "did you know your truck was in an accident?"
Well, they did get it all aligned properly, but stated that the caster/camber adjustment was maxed out, if I understood them correctly. Thing is, now my steering wheel is not straight and when driving on a straight run, is turned to the right about an inch or so and it's driving me crazy. This happened on my other truck once with the steering wheel being not centered and the mechanic redid the alignment putting the steering wheel straight.
So before I bring it back this time, since I know I have a frame and castor/camber issue, does any of this have to do with the steering wheel not being centered or did they just do a bad job in aligning the wheel straight before doing the front end alignment? I just want to be prepared for whatever answer I get from them.
NOTE - When I say the steering wheel is not straight, I'm talking about the way it turns/spins, not the actual physical position on the truck.

Yes, I did go back to the mechanic yesterday and he scheduled me to come back this Monday to straighten out the steering wheel. He said it was a simple adjustment, so hopefully all should be good to go after that.
