For the Ram 1500, one of those areas is lighting. The Ram 1500 demands attention during the day, but at nighttime, it’s a different story. The OEM halogen bulbs leave a lot to be desired, and don’t command the attention the new 2019 Ram 1500 deserves.

We kept it as close to the OEM halogen bulb as possible, and that means you don’t need to cut or splice any wires. Forget about installing additional resistors or other parts. You’ll save time by going with these LED turn signal bulbs.
Our goal was a plug n’ play LED bulb, and that’s precisely what you can expect. This bulb is polarity protected, so if the bulb doesn’t light up all you need to do is turn it around and reinstall it. Simple.

A common issue associated with LED turn signal upgrades is hyper flashing. This occurs alone, or sometimes it’s accompanied by an error light on your gauge cluster display. This is an annoying issue that’s the result of the LED bulbs tripping the vehicle computer system. The solution has always been a bit complicated.
The solution has always been to install an external resistor or relay. The problem is, the external resistor can be challenging to install for a number of reasons. First, it requires cutting and splicing wires. Second, the external resistor gets so hot that you need to be careful where you bolt it to. You can’t leave it hanging, because it can easily melt through wires and plastic. That’s very dangerous.
Our solution was to create a LED turn signal bulb that features a built-in resistor function. It works perfectly with the vehicle computer system (CANBUS). The results are LED turn signal bulbs that rarely cause hyper flashing, nor error code lights to pop up on your gauge cluster display, and don’t require the need to install an external resistor.

LED turn signal bulbs are not only about looks but also safety. Improving the safety of your truck is always a good thing. Changing lanes will be safer because of the LED bulb’s brightness. Of course, the ability to express your own style is available because of the switchback LED turn signal bulbs. If you decide to go with pure amber, then both your parking lights and turn signals will be bright amber. If you decide to go with the switchback option, then your turn signal will be in amber while the parking lights will be in pure white. When you turn the signal on, it will switch between both. You can’t go wrong with either look.

Automotive LED light bulbs run hot, and there’s no way around it. We didn’t want to jeopardize the lifespan of our T-Series LED turn signal bulbs, so we added a new technology called ITCS (Intelligent Temperature Control System).
Here’s how it works.
If you leave your turn signal on for over 5 mins, then the LED will generally begin to get very hot. That’s when the ITCS will kick in and warn you to cool off your bulbs. The method it uses to warn you is by hyper-flashing your turn signals. So, if you notice your turn signal lights begin to hyper-flash, then that’s a sign they are reaching very hot temperatures. Don’t worry, they aren’t broken. To solve the problem all you need to do is turn them off for a few minutes and they will go back to working like normal once you activate them again.



Hopefully, you don’t need to experience hyper flashing very often because we went the extra distance to include 4 small cooling holes, and a special aviation aluminum structure to improve heat dissipation. This alone should keep your LED bulbs cool, except for those rare occasions when you forget to turn them off because you’re playing your favorite song too loud. It happens to all of us at least once.

The fifth-generation 2019 Ram 1500 is a great truck. They did an awesome job anticipating everything their customers would want in the all-new 2019 model.
