Have this truck for my company service vehicle. Turn signals either won't work or are stuck on left flashing. Also puts the high beams on when signaling left. Seems like the multifunction switch is malfunctioning. Sometimes if I tap it pretty hard it will reset. Dealer says the part is on national backorder due to the auto workers strike. Anyone have a diagram of the wire colors for it? Can this just be bypassed with a simple switch?

 

I doubt you can bypass it..... It's not like the good ol' days, when a switch actually controlled something. Today, pushing the little lever simply suggests to the computer that you want the turn signal on. The computer then decides if it really wants to turn it on, and when to turn it off........ same for the high beams..... Given the truck is basically brand new, there likely aren't any of those available aftermarket, yet.....
