Default New Sound

Morning everyone,
So the other day I started the 2019 RAM 5.7L and it sounded like I now have an exhaust leak. Upon further examination it seems as though the tapping sound is coming from either No2 or 4 cylinder valve. Question I have is, are these valves adjustable? If not, then what are my options. 65,000+

So I believe I do have a lifter starting to go bad. the lifter tick goes awa after about 1-3 minutes and does not come back until another cold start. Question I have is should I do the teardown now an replace them all, or do I go until I hear it at all speeds. I feel by that time the cam will most likely be damaged. What do ya'll think.

It isn't bad yet, but, fixing it NOW, and NOT waiting for it to become a real problem, seems perfectly reasonable to me. I don't know if they have updated the lifter design since '19.... but, yeah, I would replace ALL of them.....
