Very high idle

Very high idle
This morning on cold start up, my 22 ram 1500 with a 5.7, idled at 4k RPMs, I gave the gas pedal a quick blep and the pedal doesnt wk. I shut the truck off. I checked all connections at the TB and all are tight. I have the truck at the dealer now. Does anyone know what i might expect to be the issue?

thats kinda what i was thinking after my research. It doesnt seem to be a common issue
