Hi, a friend of mine bought a grand caravan SXT$40.000 (1.9% for 5years)
but 5 days later she realises she can't afford it.The problem is there'sNO WAY she can return theminivan according to the dealer. of course.
she was told the best thing to do is to keep it because theyre gonna resell it at any price and she will have to pay the difference. and her credit will be shot for 7 years. is it true??
She wont be able to pay anything ... does anyone know what to do in this situation ... thank you

 

first off never heard of a dodge van ever costing 40k, but she should have realised her payments before she bought it. Best bet would be to try and sell it private and take a small loss.....
