RE: 1999 Ram 1500 5.9L 4x4 Quad Cab w/ 6" Skyjacker
No doubt, that's a nice $8,500 truck you have there. You will never sell it for $16,500. No friggen way. It makes no difference how much money you have into it in extras. What only matters is what the marketplace bears for a used vehicle, semi-comparable to yours. Since you have significantly low miles on it, you may be able to eek out close to $10 grand, but I doubt it. The other thing is that it is a gas powered truck and only a 1/2 ton! Gasoline poweredtrucks have about $5 to $7,500 less resale value than a comparable diesel. Also, the fact that it's only a 1500 and not a 2500 or 3500 also devalues it. Anyhow, I'm not saying all this to be mean or **** you off, just giving you some honest reality-check advice. Want to know what the truck is really worth? Put it on eBay (auction it) with a reserve (so you don't sell it for less than you want) and see what it brings. That's the best/fastest method to getting a true market valueof it. Good luck with the sale of your vehicle!

just to make this clear to everyone who reads this the KBB and NADA values you see are bullcrap
now dealerships use Manheim Auctions and see what similar vehicles are selling for and then they offer up the average price of these vehicles for sale
thats what they have done at the last 3 dealerships i have been to in the last 6 months and they just dont pay what tey should
my 2001 dodge ram 1500 qc , 3 inch body lift, 285/75/16 yokohama geolandars, and matching campershell
they offered 8400.00 and it has 67,600 miles , automatic, 4x4. same color as yours mopartguy (silver)
so... in short dont trust the kelly blue book or national auto dealers association prices.
Good luck selling it, it'sa nice truck
