My Indy Ram F/S/T CHEAP!

My Indy Ram F/S/T CHEAP!
Well I have this 1996 Dodge Indy Ram special edition truck that has 150k on the clock.
Engine still runs strong, and the tranny was replaced around 100k.
Has a 5.9L 360 Cubic Inch V8 that is mildly cammed from factory.
The good.
-Strong engine
-Strong tranny
-Whole new steering box, rack and pinion, and brakes.
-Brand new JVC head unit.
The Bad.
-Body is in ok shape, no rot, some surface rust but the paint is chipping and the stripes are cracking.
-The old differential went a few weeks ago, in the middle of a posi install, I think I am going to return everything back to normal but include the parts needed to finish the install as I do not have time to do it myself.
-The interior could use a shampoo as well but the seats have no rips.
-Will need an exhaust system to pass inspection in 08 but is currently inspected with a Massachusetts inspection sticker.
Here are some pics. (Were taken right after it rained and were taken about a week and a half ago.)

I would love to trade for a standard dakota, ram, or stealth TT, or even an old duster or demon.
