Default 1979 Jeep CJ5 w/ Chevy 350 engine

I have a 1979 Jeep CJ5 with a Chevy 350ci engine for sale with lots of performance upgrades. It is listed for $5,500.00 but I will consider any reasonable offer. Please look at the autotrader website and look it up under the car ID:

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/index.jsp?bkms=# Click on the "find AT car ID" link on the first line and use the following ID: D53ED56 (you will only need these red letters & numbers for copy and paste)

I have since installed the full BestTop enclosure and stored the Bimini Top that you see in the pictures. I have also replaced the starter coil and seat covers since these pictures were taken.

The Trader website only let me input 1986 as the oldest year but the Jeep is a 1979, NOT 1986, and the engine block is from 1979 also according to the ID numbers on it.

The Jeep runs great! The problem is that I needed a truck for work, and she has a new car, so now we rarely drive the Jeep any more. I have invested over $13,500.00 in this thing. I never intended to sell it so I spared no expense on anything I did to it. I have most of the receipts, including the $4,300.00 receipt from Sport Utility Performance in Clearwater for the automatic tranny and ratchet shifter they installed a little over a year ago.

Look at these videos I took this week. It will give you a better idea of how cool this Jeep is!

Thank you for looking.

Anybody interested in the Tampa area? I am willing to trade for a truck, preferably smaller 4x4, but a full size is not out of the question. The truck would be for my 16 year old daughter. The Jeep just has too much power for a beginner driver, otherwise I would just surprise her with it instead. She doesn't know I'm thinking of getting her anything, so I hope I'll either sell this or trade it soon. I am open to offers, just let me know....

I'm sorry it took so long to respond, but I wasn't expecting anyone to post a response, but to PM me, call, or email. I just updated this posting and saw your reply. I thank you for your offer, but I am not interested.
