$24,500

- ObviouslyThere's a lot more I could tell you over the phone about this car, that I justwon't remember to type out. But here are some short details. I obtained this car around 8 years ago. I completely stripped it, an had it bead blasted. The metal was re-sprayed the factory B3 Blue base coat/clear coat. On a 1-10 scale the paint is an 8.5. This is a beautiful B-body. Both bumpers were re-chromed. All the glass is original except it has a new front windshield.

It has bucket seats and new carpet. Recently it's had a new dash with restored gauge cluster, re-built shifter, and a new gas tank. This is an original 383 car, but the block is not original. All the accessories are. Just not the block. I believe it probably threw a rod early in it's life (probably in the 70's) and the block was replaced with a casting number dating 1968. The engine compartment in this car has had a lot of attention to detail. I've tried to restore as much of it as possible to original. Even the exhaust manifolds are factory original (very hard to find).
This car is always in a climate controlled garage. The floor boards and trunk in this car are solid original sheet metal covered with POR-15. There is one patch panel in the trunk (see picture). I'm not sure if it was from rust. It's been there since I've had the car. It could've been from something else being installed. It's just hard to tell with a car that's almost 40 years old. Currently showing 128,000 original miles on the odometer. Like I said this is a beautiful car, I'm sure someone really interested would have a lot more questions. Please study the pictures carefully. I can take more if needed, and weather permitting. So just be patient with me. I'de rather discuss more details over the phone. My number is: 812)882-8099. I pretty much hardly ever have time to check my e-mail. I work a night shift, so please call between 1-3pm. during the weekday If it's after 3pm just leave a message and I'll get back with you. Ask for Norm. Thanks for looking!
