Needs Transmission Work
(delayed shift points)
could just be a shift selonoid
or could need a rebuild.
It was always a good shifting transmission and all of a sudden started stay in first and second gear alot longer than its suppose to.

The engine has ported and polished heads with a mild cam
Its got a nice chop to it when it idles.

Transmissions are cheap to build if you know what your doing.
Transmissioncenter.net has a high performance re-build kit
for less than $400. Cant beat that with a stick.
For a little extra I will rebuild the Transmission,
from mild to wild your call.

Runs great on the highway........highway gives me no problem at all. Its only first and second gear that give me problems. I recently drove it about an hour away and back and it pulled 16 average to the gallon. I will be completely honest with you about everything so feel free to ask questions

It actually shifts better when its cold, when it warms up is when it doesnt want to shift out of first or second gear. If i put it in neutral and back to drive it will often shift. Which leads me to believe the pressure selonoid might be bad. (Neutral creates more pressure than drive meaning when you put it in neutral and back to drive it creates more pressure than in drive and then it allows it to shift)

What kind of inspection? The truck is a real solid truck. Runs great, engine has never given me any problems. I just put a new spark plugs in it and there isn't any rust on it either. I've kept the truck rubberized underneath since I've had it. The paint is in pretty good shape.........there is a part of the paint that peeled off a little bit on the door when I removed the pinstripes but you can install the pinstripe moldings back over it if you would like.

I was actually getting ready to pull the transmission out and rebuild it, but I wont if your interested. Make me a decent offer and if it pays off my loan then you can have it. I love this truck and I hate to see it go but I dont really want to pull the transmission out and rebuild it. I have too much going on in my life right now to be doing that.

If you would like give me a call (260)350-2972
