Yeah they will. From '94-02 the intakes were the same on 5.2's and 5.9's Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions or want pics.

 

no, it prob wont fit, the 00 doesnt have egr, vac lines are prob different as well as coolant sensors

 

I just as well figured that he read the title and notice the ''EGR'' in the title and gave him the benefit of the doubt that he knows what he's talking about. Also, this kegger has 2 coolant temp sensors. 1 of which can be plugged if you only need to use one...and the vac lines are the same. No differences.
