Ya, they are my favorite Ram wheel by far. I think they were used from 99-05 or so.

No, check out the 02-04 Offroad editions. If they aren't the same wheel its very similar.

 

sorry my friend but you are wrong. i have an 04 4x4 QC off road edition and they came with those wheels. there were two trucks like it on the lot and i have seen several others with the wheels as well on 3rd gens. they are the exact same wheels as the 2nd gen as well. I LOVE THEM!
