I recently replaced my front axle u-joint on my 98 dodge 1500 4x4, which I will never do again, at least myself. I bought from Napa a 1/34 socket and a 1/2DR 1/2F to 3/4 impact adapter to get the hub bearing nut off. I paid about $70 for both, as I said I used them once and they are in new condition. For $25 you can have them both.

The job went fine until I had to beat the hub off then it sucked, if interested please let me know, I'm in southern IL. but can ship these to you, just thought someone on the site could use them with a little more experience.
