This is bull****, We make a deal and you sell it to someone else. I guess I know who not to by from.

I am sorry that you feel cheated but we had no firm deal in place!

1 - You tried to talk me down even after I said I was at my lowest figure.( 8/25 )
2 - After I said no( 8/25 )you then said if I could wait until Thursday you would take it for $30.00 when you got back in town.( 8/27 )
3 - I responded to that and said shoot me an e-mail or PM when you got back. I never said I absolutely would hold it to Thursday. Just acknowledged your offer and filed it away so that come Thursday if it hadn't sold I could sell it to you.( 8/27 )

You made no further response to me at all after that $30 wait for Thursday post on 8/27. Not here and not via PM. You didn't even bother to post an an ok I will let you know when I get back in resposne to me acknowledging you posted. NOTHING! I had no clue what your intentions were 100%. My plan was Thursday if it hadn't sold to PM you and see if you did want it and actually had the money to pay for it?

Further I was very specific in my original post and said while I would try and work with people who needed time to come up with money for an item I was also VERY CLEAR that quote = "Items will be sold on a 1st come 1st serve PAID basis." I made it clear that the 1st person to have the cash in hand got the item. No promises made to you or anyone that I would hold items for any period of time.

Too many times people say wait until I get paid next week or whatever and then you never hear from them again and they don't take the item causing you to lose out on a sale to someone else who has cash in hand. I have been burned by that too many times and thus my warning about 1st come 1st paid gets it.

If you wanted the item that bad you should have paid me through PayPal when you said $30 was ok. If you had then you would already have the item in your possession right now as I ship same or next day once payment is received. Please don't blame me because you didn't have the money or whatever on August 27 and expected me to hold the item until Sept 1 when I was clear in the original post I would not do that and that 1st come 1st paid got the item.

I am as honest and straight forward as anyone you will ever meet. I never mislead you( intentionally anyway ). I even took the time after selling the items to PM you and let you know someone with cash in hand made me an offer and the items sold. I wished you well.

You need to re-evaluate how YOU handled this not me.
