Never used, just a bunch of garage dust...$300.00 plus shipping
The throttle body adapter is worth $289.00 on airram so I think this is a pretty decent deal with the manifold included.

Please pardon my ignorance... Will this work on my '02 4.7l Dakota, and is this the HO manifold (i.e. will it offer performance gains on my otherwise stiock vehicle)? Thanks!

Yeah it has something to do with the runners or something like that, it will help you get more top end power I believe, but I think you also lose some bottom end. I have thought about getting this for my 2001 Durango 4.7 but I haven't looked at how to get my old intake out.
