The K&N 63-1102 Air Charger Durango 4.7L cold air intake features the famous washable and reuseable K&N high flow air filter and a aerodynamically designed molded tube to aid in air flow and to cool the fuel mixture for a denser air-fuel charge, providing more power.

Increases power by 16.75 horsepower at 4,588 rpm. Easy to install with simple hand tools.

Includes instructions and all installation hardware.

I think 2004-2009 are the same, correct me if i'm wrong. You can call K&N or i will later to make sure.

i think they change the part number the one i have is 63-1102 and it look the same

Yea it does fit from 2004-2009, i looked at the manual and its the same as part number 57-1538 .

They changed something about it, otherwise they would not have changed part numbers. It may have just been a change in the heat shield or something minor, but they cannot be exactly the same. It costs money to print two different sets of manuals, and print two different boxes. I am pretty sure K&N wouldn't have spent money on that if something hadn't changed at least a little bit.

I could be mistaken, of course. No offense, but I am cautious enough that I am not going to invest over $200 into something that maybe will fit, where as $275 and I can get one that I know is guaranteed to fit almost exactly.

The one i got is not carb exempt meaning not legal in california. I have the older version, the new version is carb exempt that fit from 2004-2009.
