SC 3815 with latest updates installed and of course unlocked. I believe it will work up to 2007 and maybe later Hemi's also. $200

This tuner does not have the transmission tuning option for an 07' hemi 1500 correct? I would need the 3865?

Correct! You need the Flashpaq 3865 or the Cortex 3950 for the Advanced trans tune.
