I take it this is for a 4.7L Dakota and you switched to the 08 style manifold for a decent high RPM power gain? Just wondering..you didn't specify man.

Sorry, I just assumed the 08 manifold upgrade was known more. Yes, this will fit 99-07 Dodge 4.7 motors and I believe Jeep models. Here is a link from airrams site
with more details

http://airram.com/product.php?catego...productid=1334

And here is the break down of the year differences taken from airram's site

Modifications:
1999-2005 - This intake is a direct fit replacement. Requires our throttle body adapter plates in order to mount your 3-bolt throttle body to the 4-bolt patern on the 2008 intake.

2006-2007 4.7L engines with EGR - The 2006-2007 EGR does get into the way of mounting the 2008 intake. In order to mount the 2008 intake to your 06-07 4.7L you will need the 2008 EGR. This will bolt right up and allow the 2008 intake to mount in without issue.

Although I would not call it decent upper rpm gain This is currently installed on my 2002 Dodge Ram. Here is a video of my truck which at the time had an 8" lift with 35" tires. Other mods that played a part was 4.56 gears, superchips, 68.5 tb, intake, exhaust, and 206 cams. Its a poor quality cell phone video

Pic..Its to be noted that the bolts used for the throttle body are different lengths. Not sure the reason why as it has never been an issue. Also a washer for one of those bolts was missing when I originally installed the adapters.

The intake manifold is sold. All that is left are the adapter plates, bracket, and bolts. Make reasonable offer.
