Talked to Sam @ tech support at Superchips today and he says this tuner will work with all Dodge gas engines up to 2010. My bad on the bad info. Corrections have been made.

I've had too many packages come up missing before they arrive in Canada and then it takes me 3-4 months to get reimbursed by USPS. Not worth the hassle to me.

I've only shipped to Canada once, and it was via UPS. No problems with them. I barely trust USPS in the USA, let alone internationally.

I have this model of programmer/tuner, and it is great. Free bump.
