Default 2002 Dodge Stratus.

My wife owns a 2002 Dodge Stratus Sedan and it has 175k miles on it. It does have it's issues but what car with that mileage doesn't.

What's been replaced...
Dec 2013,
1. Tires (http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...5&rd=15&cs=205)
2. Radiator fluid along with new thermostat and cap

Nov 2013...see below

April 2013
Water pump, Timing belt. See this thread here. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-s...e-2-4-a-2.html

Other items I have swapped out on the car...

1. Front and rear disc/pads x1 (I'm easy on brakes)
2. Tires x3
3. Timing belt and water pump at 122k and approx 168k (documented above)
4. Passenger side axle (it broke...don't know how or why) around 133k.
5. Transmission fluid/filter swaps x5
6. Radiator and all hoses at 145k miles
7. Transmission shift soleniod at 156k miles
8. Shocks (want to say around 120k miles).
9. Spark Plugs x3 (Champion 3570)
10. Spark Plug wires x1

Now for the issue. First week of November, the car started leaking fluid out the drain hole. I would twist the plug back in and it would stop. Then right before Thanksgiving, the plug popped out and dumped the coolant. Since then, I've replaced the plug twice, radiator cap, thermostat and coolant. Pressure tested was good. Drove the car for a 6 weeks no issue and then coming home last weekend, it popped the plug again.

I have no idea why, there is no oil in the water and no water in the oil. I'm baffled and can't imagine the plug being used once (timing belt swap) would make it so it wouldn't stay in. I would say it need a radiator and plug but it might be more.

Whatever, I am done with this car. The wife was done with it years ago. I just used it for a daily driver and kept the camaro in the garage.

If you want pictures, PM me your email address and I will send them to you. The car is silver. The clear coat is getting foggy and is coming off on the roof and rear passenger bumper cover. It is unfortunate because it drove fine, transmission is the original and shifts fine. Still pulled down 24-26mpg back and forth to work.

Anyways, car is "as is" and looking at 800 obo.

Sorry, per sales rules, you cannot "PM me for pictures" or anything similar. You must post pictures in the thread itself.

The best way to do this is to upload them to a free picture hosting site like Photobucket.com and then post the pictures themselves here or post links to the pictures.

My bad, I'll take pictures tomorrow and place them in the ad tomorrow night after work.
