I have updated the first post to add a couple photos and noted removing the rod ends.

I'm open to parting out as well. Sometimes it just makes sense to replace/upgrade some things and not the whole one.

Also, I will be traveling to Southern CA, the High Desert area near Apple Valley at the end of January. This might help someone for shipping.
