yep just the radio/cd player the factory dodge harness plugs right into the back of it. If you click on the link i provided then click radios and look up model (rbk) that is the radio i have. I'm not too sure if your harness will match up cuz they did some switchin around with the harnesses when the re-designed the ram in 2002. If it's the same shape as your dash good chance it will fit but not positive. I would ask your nearest dodge dealer parts dept. I will get back to you on the shipping.
