why is the pulley available?

is this the one some claimed a leak with?

Well...I'm not sure what causes the leak. But even the stock one leaked after the re-installment. All the work was done at Kenart Chrysler and Jeep, and performed by certified tech's. It's a very slow leak. Maybe three drips in between oil changes. Not enough to effect the performance of your engine.
