Are they really worth the money in buying them do you feel any difference in performance on those things?

They're not worth paying full price for them, but they do give you a definite, non-disputable power increase. They basically decrease the constant drag of the accessories on the engine. The gain is not huge, and there are disadvantages, like less RPMs to the accessories.

The alternator pulley is CRUCIAL! It's not a reducer. There is a pulley for the alternator supplied so you can counteract the RPM reduction. While the power steering and A/C are turned slower, the alternator you would not want to turn slower or you might not get enough power as you need out of it. This pulley is smaller, so when you reduce the main pulley's size, it is also reduced correspondingly to preserve the correct ratio. The alternator is not affected with the JET pulley system, which is a good idea.
