Default Upgrading with another OEM radio (R2500, '05)

Been lurking a while... Finally got a question...

I've got a Ram 2500 CTD in the **** package... I love that it's fairly bare-bones inside (As compared to my previous vehicle, a Jeep GC Ltd), except for one thing that I miss: MP3 CD playback.

I've installed 3 aftermarket CD player in various vehicles... that's no biggie. But I reaaaaaaaally don't like how the aftermarket radios look. All silver and blue and whatnot. So I had the great idea of finding someone who was selling their OEM radio, and buying that from them (Ebay). However, I think I may be out of luck...

http://replacementradios.com/index.php?cPath=21_30_112 has what I believe to be all of the radios used in Dodge full size pickups...

Of those, I have: http://replacementradios.com/product...roducts_id=322

And I'd like to upgrade to something like: http://replacementradios.com/product...roducts_id=203

Of course, you can tell the problem just looking at it... It may very well mount in my dash, but the bezel is cut for "oval" faced radios...

Is anyone aware of a replacement bezel I could buy that would fix this up for me? I can't imagine it'd end up looking so hot if I took a dremel tool to it...

What options are out there for people who like the OEM radio look, but need a little more oomph feature-wise?

The mounting is different as well. Anything is possible, but it would atek some work. Also, if that new radio you want to upgrade to came out of a vehicle with Can-Bus like a Ram/Charger/Magnum. The radio would have no way of turning on because you have no Can-Bus system in your vehicle. Your best bet would be to find a factory NAV radio from that era. It would play MP3 and they are actually NOT as expensive as you would think they would be. In fact I have one if you're interested, but you may find one cheaper on ebay.
