radio won't work

Default radio won't work

need info, my radio and dome light don't work, checked fuses

Check again. Under the hood as well. Check fuses that you would think wouldn't have anything to do with either. Just check em all. I had a car that blew a radio fuse, and it would make the driver's side front marker light, and the passengers tailight not work. Go figure. It's gotta be a fuse.

BTW, what year is the truck?

I also checked under the hood as well and everything looks to be fine, i was looking under the dash close to the floor under the radio and it looks like their is a small black box which might be a relay of some sort, wondering if this might be gone

Does the radio come on at all? If it doesnt come on, can you eject a cd or get the clock displayed? Do you have the inifinity system?

no the radio don't come on, also you cannot see the clock or eject a CD from the CD player, do you have any advice

did u check ur bulb in ur dome light?,take ur cdplayer out an make sure ur harness didnt ground over or come unplugged

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM IF YOU FIND A SOLUTION LET ME KNOW. DID YOU TAKE YOU FACTORY CD PLAYER OUT? ........I WAS THINKING THIS IS SOME KIND OF SECURITY ISSUE BECAUSE MY KEY DOESNT OPEN MY DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE EITHER

found the problem , it was a 10amp fuse located with the other fuses inside the door opening, it has a black plastic clip which go over it, you will not see if it is blown unless you pull the black clip from it
