I am looking into getting a bluetooth stereo for my truck and wanted to hear some feedback from of you on the quality and types that are out there. I am looking at the Pioneer 790BT with the bluetooth technology built in rather than going with an adapter. I have read up on this stereo and it received very good ratings over the others that I can find. I would like some input from DF members to see if anyone here has different opinions.

 

The only one I have any experience with is the sony model...I dont even know what model it is[&:]. It worked..... fairly easy to connect. I jst dont like sony's quality. Its basically sony's lowest line radio with blue tooth in it.

 

The Pioneer is Very nice. Did one in a Ram last month and it worked awesome.

Plus 1 for the Pioneer... I have yet to hear an audible difference of easier way to set it up than the Pioneers

 

i just got the pioneer premier deh-p980BT in my 97 ram this last week and let me tell you it is one awesome deck. i opted for the ipod adapter as well. im not sure on the 790bt but if its anything like the 980bt then youll be very happy with it.
